A sanctuary by the coast

SANTU is the community side of mindfulJuan — workshops, group sessions, and shared rituals at the edge of the ocean. A place where the one-on-one work opens out into community.

Inside SANTU

A growing collection of community offerings — small groups, breathwork circles, seasonal workshops, and shared rituals. Each gathering is designed for adults seeking depth, presence, and connection. Dates and signups are announced first to the SANTU collective.

  • Guided breath sessions for nervous system regulation, emotional release, and shared presence. Small groups, in-person and outdoors.

  • Small groups of up to four, two hours in the water. Embodied practice for nervous system regulation, co-regulation, and shared presence. Conducted at Beacons, Tourmaline, Cardiff Reef, and Swamis.

  • Seasonal offerings combining somatic practice, ocean integration, and community gathering. New gatherings announced first to the SANTU collective.

  • Mesa means table. SANTU's social gatherings are casual meals and beach evenings rooted in the simple act of breaking bread together. Home cooking by Juan, community by all of us. A way to connect without an agenda — just food, presence, and time.

The four elements of SANTU

Tierra

Grounding, body, presence. The somatic work of remembering you have a nervous system, that it knows things, and that it can be steadied.

Agua

The ocean as teacher. We work in the water — surf, breath, immersion — as a practice of return to the body.

Aliento

Breathwork, life force, the rhythm underneath everything. The simplest tool, infinitely usable.

Comunidad

We are not meant to do this alone. SANTU gathers in small groups, shared meals, and seasonal rituals — the kind of belonging that doesn't ask you to perform.
