Each pathway shares the same foundation — clinical training, bilingual communication, body-aware practice. Below: what each looks like, who it's for, and what each invests.

Integrative Coaching

Investment: From $250 per session

Deep coaching conversations with a clinical mind in the room. For when you need a thinking partner who can hold complexity and stay with you in the harder questions. Sessions by video, with optional walking sessions in nature.

Trauma-Informed Somatic Coaching

Investment: From $275 per session

Coaching paced for a nervous system that's been holding too much. Breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic awareness as part of the practice. Trauma-aware pacing informed by years of clinical training. IFS-informed, 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher.

Ocean Coaching

Investment: From $375 per session

Coaching on the water at Beacons, Tourmaline, and Cardiff. For when the room — even the video room — feels too small. No surf experience required.

Investment Options

When the work calls for sustained commitment, packages give us a container — better economics, better continuity, real arc. Pick the shape that fits.

  • Monthly Container — $900 a month

    • 4 sessions per month plus voice-memo support between. For clients building a sustained practice.

  • 12-Week Integrative Journey — $2,700

    • 12 weekly sessions plus integration tools. A real container for a real chapter. Best for transitions, identity work, and clients ready to commit to depth.

  • Trauma-Informed 6-Session Foundation — $1,500

    • 6 weekly sessions, somatic and breath focus. Builds the foundation of nervous system regulation before broader coaching work. For clients who need to start with the body

  • Ocean Coaching 6-Session Package — $1,950

    • 6 ocean coaching sessions. Save about $300 versus drop-in. For clients ready to commit to the water as their container.

  • Scholarship Slot — $150 per session

    • Reserved for BIPOC clients, frontline ocean workers, and clients navigating significant financial hardship. Limited availability — please ask.
